Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Oct'24 and 19th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. 1-3 years experience in application or production support
2. Experience in L1/L2 Support 24*7 support model
3. Experience working on enterprise accounts will be preferred
4. Candidates must have experience in ticketing systems and support life cycle
5. Basic understanding of debugging and verification of log files for resolution of production issues
6. Basic knowledge of ITIL Processes (incident/problem management)
7. Good proficiency using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
8. Experience working with tools like Jira; knowledge of ticketing tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, and HP service manager will be an added advantage
9. Ability to write and understand basic SQL and PLSQL queries
10. Basic understanding of Android/iOS platforms with debugging skills
11. Basic understanding of Web Services, REST API, JSON, & SDK
