About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Participate in lead generation by making at least 100 calls daily, acquiring clients, and engaging in retention activities.
2. Assist customers by responding to inquiries and providing information about products and services.
3. Handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
4. Participate in various customer service initiatives, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Learn and support the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
6. Manage routine administrative tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, and follow-up activities.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency and meet customer expectations.
8. Gain exposure to financial products and services, assisting customers with their requirements.
9. Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills through direct customer interaction.
