2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide exceptional customer service.
5. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on customer service metrics and trends.
7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.
