As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Orbit Wallet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. Your proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Your skills in MS-Excel will also be utilized to track and analyze customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
3. Assist customers with account management, transactions, and technical support
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
