About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message
2. Act as primary contact for inbound customer issues
3. Escalate technical product-related issues to the Product Support department
4. Process a high volume of consumer inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage of them
5. Troubleshoot customer problems and identify root causes
6. Utilize tools and resources to determine solutions for customer problems
7. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate resources
8. Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring
9. Track and document inbound support requests
10. Ensure accurate entry of customer information
11. Meet job standards including quality, adherence to schedule, and average handle time

Other requirements

1. 1 year of strong customer delivery experience and project management

2. Knowledge in technical account management and customer engagement

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

5. Customer-oriented mindset

6. Candidate must possess excellent customer service and customer support skills

7. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

8. Strong analytical skills to understand customer feedback and provide solutions.

9. Must have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

10. Should know basic AI tools

11. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or any related field is required

12. Prior customer service experience is a plus

13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred
