About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Internship From Jan '24 till March '24
1. Provide exceptional technical support: Be the go-to person for IT-related queries and issues, assisting employees with troubleshooting, network connectivity, hardware and software installations, and more
2. Incident management: Take charge of resolving IT incidents promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily business operations
3. User support and training: Assist in enhancing end-user productivity by providing comprehensive training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive continuous improvement and innovation
5. IT project support: Support the implementation of IT projects, from planning to execution, by assisting with testing, documentation, and monitoring project progress
6. Stay up-to-date with technology: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure
