About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Query Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat, ensuring quick and professional resolutions
2. Issue Troubleshooting & Escalation: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting related to website setup, payments, and integrations, escalating complex cases to the tech team when necessary
3. Onboarding & Service Guidance: Guide new customers through Zupain's onboarding process, explaining key features, pricing, and service offerings
4. CRM & Data Management: Maintain records of customer interactions, update CRM tools, and track recurring issues to enhance service efficiency
5. Feedback Collection & Process Improvement: Gather customer feedback, identify common pain points, and contribute to refining internal support processes and FAQs

1. Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus

2. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using customer support tools, CRM software, and web-based platforms

3. Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions

4. E-Commerce Awareness – Understanding of online business models, website management, and digital payments is a plus

5. Adaptability & Proactiveness – Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
