Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented call support representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Support: Answer inbound customer calls promptly, providing accurate and helpful responses to inquiries about Ayuvya s products and services
2. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ayuvya s product range and stay updated on new products, services, and promotions
4. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in the customer support system
5. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other customer support team members and departments to ensure seamless service and support
7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

2. Previous experience in customer service or call center support is preferred.

3. Excellent verbal communication skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.

7. A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
