Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As a customer acquisition associate at Gift It Right, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and acquire new customers through various marketing strategies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
2. Identify the target audience and create targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
3. Use digital marketing tools and analytics to track and analyze customer acquisition metrics.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and advertising materials.
5. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
6. Utilize MS-Office and CRM tools to manage customer data and track progress.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.

Note: Internship will lead to a full-time role on successful completion.
