About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to international clients, providing excellent customer support and assistance.
2. Identify and qualify leads provided by the team to ensure accurate follow-up and conversion.
3. Engage in the voice process by effectively communicating with clients to address their needs and queries.
4. Make manual calls to customers as required, maintaining a professional demeanor.
