Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients traveling to India for medical treatment.
2. Coordinate all aspects of their journey, including travel logistics, accommodation arrangements, and transportation to and from medical facilities.
3. Liaise with hospitals and healthcare providers to schedule appointments, procedures, and consultations for patients.
4. Act as a resource for patients, answering questions, providing information, and offering guidance as needed.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services for patients.
6. Gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences and satisfaction levels.
7. Identify areas for improvement in the patient experience and contribute ideas for enhancing services and processes.
