About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer questions and help customers by phone, email, or chat
2. Give clear information about product support, warranties, and troubleshooting
3. Guide customers on our website to find what they need
4. Write down details of every conversation with customers
5. Work with other teams to solve tricky problems
6. Check back with customers to make sure everything is fixed

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

1. Good at speaking and writing in English

2. Some experience in customer service is helpful

3. Know how to use computers and basic programs like Excel and Word

4. Can handle different tasks at once
