Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Person must Speak/Read/write - GERMAN/FRENCH

1. Resolve customer complaints & queries related to their order under a specific timeline through the mail
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
