About the internship

Customer Services-Intern Profile
Project Title:
ONOS

Education:
Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) students in Communication, Marketing, Library Sciences, or related fields.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with academic publishing is a plus.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
1. Awareness Creation via Phone Calls:
Reach out to librarians, introducing them to Sage Publishing resources available through ONOS.
2. Webinar Coordination:
Identify institutions interested in detailed training sessions.
Schedule and conduct webinars with the support of the Training Manager.
Provide in-depth product demonstrations and usage tips.
3. Follow-Up Communication:
Send follow-up emails with product brochures, onboarding instructions, and webinar recordings.
4. Feedback and Query Handling:
Record and address queries from librarians and students.
Escalate complex issues to the Training Manager as needed.

Key Deliverables:
Engage with 6,000+ institutions to introduce ONOS via phone calls.
Explain Sage Publishing's ONOS offerings and address queries.
Track customer interest and document feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
Provide weekly reports on progress, challenges, and key customer insights.
Skills/Education Required:
1+ years of experience in customer engagement/service (preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field.
Learning Opportunities:
Hands-on experience in large-scale customer engagement and onboarding.
