About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
8. Generate regular reports on customer feedback and CRM performance.
9. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers.
10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
11. Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for product and service improvements.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve customer support processes.
13. Develop and implement new customer service protocols and procedures.
14. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer support and CRM.
