About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries:
a. Address customer queries via email, phone, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
b. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or relevant departments.

2. Managing customer records:
a. Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
b. Document customer interactions and feedback for reference and improvement purposes.

3. Problem resolution:
a. Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues or concerns.
b. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

4. Building relationships:
a. Assist in fostering positive relationships with customers by being courteous, empathetic, and professional.
b. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Assisting in product/service education:
a. Provide information about company products, services, and policies to customers.
b. Guide customers through processes, such as troubleshooting steps or account setups.

6. Reporting and feedback:
a. Compile daily or weekly reports on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
b. Provide insights and feedback to improve service processes or customer experience.

7. Collaborating with teams:
a. Work closely with sales, technical, or operations teams to resolve customer issues.
b. Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and share learning experiences.

8. Administrative tasks:
a. Assist in preparing templates, FAQs, and training documents for customer service.
b. Help with scheduling and organizing support tickets or tasks.
