Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call customers to confirm their orders and verify details.
2. Ensure all order information is accurate and complete.
3. Address any discrepancies or questions regarding the order.
4. Respond to customer inquiries related to their orders via phone, email, or chat.
5. Assist customers with any modifications or cancellations of orders.
6. Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and courteously.
7. Investigate and resolve order-related problems, such as delivery delays or product defects.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
10. Communicate order status updates and delivery schedules to customers.
11. Work closely with other departments such as sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
