Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram
2. Engaging with followers, customers, and other users in a timely and professional manner, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice
3. Providing accurate information, assistance, and support to users inquiring about products, services, promotions, or other relevant topics
4. Escalating complex or sensitive inquiries to appropriate team members or departments for further assistance and resolution
5. Identifying trends, patterns, and common issues from user interactions and report the same to the relevant team
6. Working on a customer-centric mindset with a passion for learning
7. Working on comfortable voice calls and chat processes
