Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Dharamshila Belting Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We are looking for someone with English proficiency (spoken and written), proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

6. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data in MS-Excel to track customer satisfaction and trends.
