About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct daily calls with existing customer to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.
2. Onboard new clients, guiding them through our products/services and ensuring a smooth start.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met promptly and effectively.
4. Track and report on the onboarding progress of new customer.
5. Take regular updates from customer to ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services.
6. Assist in the preparation of customer-related documentation and reports.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is a plus.

3. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other customer management tools.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

7. Experience in handling onboarding processes or customer success initiatives.
