Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat, social media).
2. Identify and analyze customer pain points and suggest improvements.
3. Support the creation and maintenance of customer service documentation and resources.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
5. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Track and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.
7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
