About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.A customer support representative's day-to-day responsibilities focus on assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They begin by responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, or social media. This includes answering questions about products or services, guiding customers through processes, and addressing concerns promptly. Representatives often troubleshoot technical issues or provide step-by-step solutions to resolve problems, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
In addition to direct interaction, customer support staff maintain accurate records of interactions by documenting customer queries, complaints, and resolutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. They may escalate complex issues to senior staff or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution. Proactive tasks, such as following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identifying recurring problems, are also a key part of their responsibilities
