About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend calls from customers & aggregators (Zomato & Swiggy)
2. Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy, efficiency, and quality
3. Identify any fake orders and intimate dispatch managers
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the management by using the right methods/tools
