Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with the customer and handling their queries regarding any operational issues
2. Working on coordination & problem-solving, providing timely solutions
3. Handling client escalations and closures on time
4. Checking MIS reports daily and sharing the same with customers.
5. Ensuring all shipments are picked up and connected from the origin as defined by TAT
9. Generation of Invoices/ Billing sheets for the allotted customers and on-time submission
10. Timely payment follow-up and collection
11. Coordinating with W/H for the daily system entries and transactions
12. Coordinating with the W/Hs for the stock reconciliation as per schedule
13. Should be focused on customer satisfaction
14. Maintaining the MOM along with an action plan for improvement
