About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Product demo: This would include demonstrating the features and functionalities of the Sales CRM system to the clients, answering their queries, and explaining how it can help meet their business needs
2. Lead collection activities: Assisting with lead collection activities to help the sales team reach their targets
3. Client servicing: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients to help them optimize the use of the CRM platform
4. Monitoring performance metrics: Keeping track of key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, to measure the success of client relationships
5. Problem resolution: Resolving any issues that clients may encounter with the CRM platform in a timely and professional manner
6. Continuous improvement: Continuously seeking out ways to improve the client experience and streamline operations
7. Collaboration with other teams: Collaborating with other teams, such as product development and support, to provide clients with the best possible experience

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices

Knowledge in sales or customer service is preferred

Knowledge of SaaS-based products

Ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Prioritize customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field like B. Tech
