As a selected intern, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
2. Managing and analyzing customer data to improve relationship management.
3. Maintaining accurate and current records of customer interactions and inquiries.
4. Communicating with customers via email to address questions, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
5. Assisting customers with order placements and addressing concerns before and after purchase.
