Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
2. Call our customers for reviews and feedback
3. Maintain customer records, update databases, and generate reports using MS Excel
4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels as needed
5. Monitor and manage shipments
6. Monitor NDR shipments and call for their smooth delivery
