About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking feedback from the customers and highlighting their concerns and needs.
2. Addressing customer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism.
3. The candidates need to have good verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
4. Conflict resolution skills are essential for resolving conflicts and handling disagreements effectively
5. Cater to customer queries promptly.
6. Using communication tools such as telephone, email or chat to address customer enquiries and complaints.
7. Tracking customer interactions, recording details of enquiries, reactions and comments, as well as actions taken
