About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information about software
3. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (freshers welcome)
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and patience
4. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
