-Visit ongoing installation sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to customer specifications and company standards.
-Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, providing timely and accurate responses.
-Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
-Document all customer interactions and site visit reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
-Assist in developing customer service protocols and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
-Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer service processes and site operations.
