Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting customers with inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
2. Maintaining and updating customer records in MS-Excel or Spreadsheet
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
4. Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction
5. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback
6. Assisting with administrative tasks to support the customer service team
7. Using your communication proficiency to communicate effectively with customers
