2. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote our services and create new leads.
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Office.
6. Supporting the customer service team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
