Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and complaints through phone, email, and chat support
2. Maintain customer records and update information in the company database with accuracy and efficiency
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and provide excellent service
4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction
5. Generate reports and presentations using MS-Excel to track customer service performance metrics
6. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for enhancing customer support processes
