We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate Intern to join our team at inFeedo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role. As an Intern-Customer Support Associate, you will play a definitive role in impacting the customer's experience by facilitating adoption and usage. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon
Duration: 6 months (Potential for extension based on performance)
1. Assist customers with product-related inquiries via email and video calls.
2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
3. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve issues effectively.
4. Document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
5. Help improve customer satisfaction and SLA by delivering exceptional service.
