Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer queries via email, chat, or phone regarding products, availability, orders, and returns
2. Resolving issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged products, or dissatisfaction with a purchase
3. Recording customer feedback and sharing it with the product and marketing teams for improvement
4. Conducting customer surveys or feedback forms to gauge satisfaction levels and gather insights
