As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Reveza Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to engage with our clients on the ground and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to provide excellent service.
2. Visit Stores on a daily basis and educate the customer the usage and benefits of Reveza and how it would add value in terms of shopping experience.
3. Educate the Brand Store Staff the importance of using Reveza's feature capability and also address any kind of situational hiccups for co-ordinating with the management.
4. Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential customers.
5. Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer retention.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge.
8. Contribute to team meetings and share feedback to continuously improve our customer support processes.
