As a customer service/customer support intern at Survey2connect Private Limited (Xebo.ai), you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve helping customers with any queries or concerns they may have, providing exceptional support in a timely manner.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, message or live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Assist customers with troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter while using our platform.
3. Document and track customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to maintain accurate records and data entry.
6. Demonstrate excellent English proficiency both spoken and written to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and suggest solutions for enhancement.
