About the internship
As a customer success intern at Apport Software Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients, providing them with top-notch support and building strong relationships. Your English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be essential in effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with clients through various channels to assist with product onboarding and troubleshooting
2. Reach out to clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and offer additional support as needed.
3. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to relay client feedback and drive product improvements
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to the customer success team
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
7. Seek ways to improve the customer experience and exceed client expectations
