About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call target customers to explain Mystery Audit details, utilizing strong convincing skills and effective communication.
2. Handle queries and sustain conversations with potential customers, ensuring clarity and engagement.
3. Demonstrate strong organization and maturity in relationship management to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Conduct intelligent conversations with customers for information dissemination and meeting arrangements.
5. Responsible for scheduling site visits for potential customers and ensuring follow-through.
6. Create and maintain detailed reports for analysis and tracking progress.
7. Record call statuses and dialogues appropriately.
8. Expand the database through new registrations.
9. Coordinate with evaluators from different regions through calls and emails.
10. Train and educate evaluators on surveys, guidelines, and qualifying questions, ensuring clarity through effective communication.
11. Recruit evaluators daily using various online platforms, following the task checklist.
12. Provide weekly updates to the Reporting Manager with suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
13. Serve as the primary contact for assigned regions, addressing evaluators' questions, concerns, and technical problems.
14. Discuss project-specific issues, such as location, with the relevant Reporting Manager.

- Education: HSC/graduate, Freshers Can also apply.

• Strong customer service mind-set and ability to foster good client relationships
