About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
2. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
3. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products
5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
7. Prepare regular reports on client account status
8. Attend meetings with clients to discuss progress and future needs
9. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts
10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients
