About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create, update, and maintain accurate documentation of processes, user manuals, and FAQ materials.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
3. Assist in the development of training materials and presentations for end-users.
4. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
5. Track and document customer service interactions and troubleshooting steps.
6. Collaborate with technical staff to resolve complex issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
7. Assist in various phases of the software development lifecycle when needed.
8. Participate in testing and feedback sessions to improve software usability.
9. Help in the preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, and other documents as required.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong understanding of technical documentation and general IT concepts.

4. Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.

5. Experience with documentation tools like MS Office, Google Docs, or similar is a plus.

6. Proactive and eager to learn with good problem-solving skills.
