About the internship

As a global customer support intern, you will play a key role in assisting our customer support team in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our international customers. You will have the opportunity to work across various communication channels, assist with troubleshooting, and gain valuable experience in global customer service operations. This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and enhance your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related questions.
3. Document customer interactions and provide detailed reports on inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues.
5. Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation for customers.
6. Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve product offerings and support processes.
7. Participate in customer support projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
8. Assist in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and customer experience improvements.
