About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner
2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related questions
3. Document customer interactions and provide detailed reports on inquiries, issues, and resolutions
4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues
5. Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation for customers
6. Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve product offerings and support processes
7. Participate in customer support projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency
8. Assist in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and customer experience improvements
