Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and tracking shipments.
3. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to offer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance the customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate assistance to customers.
