Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist customers in identifying products they need, offering expert advice and recommendations based on preferences and requirements
2. Engage with customers across various channels, including live chat, phone calls, emails, and in-store interactions
3. Provide comprehensive product information, updates on new arrivals, offers, recipes, and more to ensure high customer satisfaction
4. Keep customers informed about the latest must-have products and trends in the grocery market
5. Create a personalized shopping experience by offering individualized attention and leveraging knowledge of current products and trends to meet customer needs
6. Build and expand the customer base through effective selling strategies and proactive communication with existing and potential customers
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster long-term loyalty
