Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Hindi and English.
2. Assist customers with tracking orders, resolving issues, and answering inquiries promptly.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain accurate customer records and track service requests.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
5. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills.
7. Work closely with the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
