About the internship

We have an urgent opening in the CSG department for an intern (inbound process)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe
2. Resolving customer queries over phone and/or email

Requirement:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills which include (fluency & coherence, grammatical ability, pronunciation & interactive communication)
2. Basic computer knowledge is required.
3. Possess good organizational and time management skills
4. Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
5. Exhibit strong teamwork
6. Must be capable of demonstrating problem-solving skills

Note:

1. Education: Min Graduates (fresher's are welcome)
2. Job location: Mumbai- Chinchpokli- Central Line/Cotton Green- Harbour Line
3. Working days: Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Sat off & Sun off)
