Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in resolving customer complaints and escalations by empathetically listening to their concerns, analyzing the situation, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to senior team members when necessary.
2. Learning and understanding the products or services offered by the company to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience by sharing relevant information, coordinating responses, and following up on outstanding issues.
4. Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback, suggesting solutions, and participating in training sessions or workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
