As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Perfect Plants, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers and assist them with their plant-related inquiries. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat in English and Hindi languages
2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
3. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Process orders and manage returns or exchanges efficiently
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience
6. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
7. Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures
