About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Customer Communication:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone calls, and emails
2. Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints courteously and professionally

II. Problem-Solving:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues with products, orders, and delivery
2. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed

III. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the operations team to coordinate order fulfillment and shipping
2. Communicate customer feedback and issues to relevant departments for continuous improvement

IV. Customer Satisfaction:
1. Ensure a positive customer experience by providing high-quality support
2. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed

V. Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
2. Assist in preparing reports on customer service metrics and trends

Earn certifications in these skills

4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software are pluses.

5. Passion for travel and a genuine interest in our products.
